Revisions To Your Translations 

We are more than excited to revise your translations and make any needed changes. Revisions are Free of charge.  When placing your order with us, please provide us with any specific requests so that we may finalize your translation quickly and ensure quality.   

Quality Concerns 

Fast & Cheap Translations LLC will provide quality translations. We will do everything possible to ensure you are satisfied with your final translations. In the event that you are unhappy and dissatisfied with our quality standards and revisions we will issue you a refund and offer a revision that meets your standard free of charge. 

Please email Kevin@fastcheaptranslations.com for any revisions requests/refunds. Please note that refunds take about 5-7 business days to post onto your account.  

Deposits 

Please be advised that one of Fast & Cheap Translations LLC core values, is to provide fast, high quality and affordable services. We understand that our customer does not always have the means to pay the entire cost of the order upfront. We also understand that there are set deadlines with USCIS and EOIR (Immigration Court). We understand the stress, and pressure this can have on the law firm representing the client, the paralegal assigned to the case and most importantly the customer.  

Here at Fast & Cheap Translations LLC, depending on a case by case basis, we can provide you the customer with a deposit invoice which is a set fee of 20% of the total order. This deposit will secure the order, and we will begin translating the documents. The remaining balance must be paid in full in order for the translated documents to be released.
